About Eddy Louiss
Eddy Louiss (born May 2, 1941 in Paris) is a French jazz musician. His instruments are the piano and the trumpet. He was a member of Double Six from 1961 through 1963 and worked with Kenny Clarke and Jean-Luc Ponty. He recorded Dynasty with Stan Getz in 1971 and performed with Michel Petrucciani in 1994. In 1964, he was awarded the Prix Django Reinhardt.
